I believe in the mind-body connection, and that your body has the innate intelligence to heal itself. After a long career in the entertainment business, I felt a calling to wellness, and the desire to do good in the world. My natural talent in life has always been to nurture people, and combining this gift with my intuitive touch is the most rewarding and meaningful work I have ever found.  

I was trained at I.P.S.B. at Life Energy Institute in Culver City, CA.  My practice has taught me to listen deeply to the unique needs of each of client, allowing me to gently activate the body's internal wisdom toward healing. My goal is to give you the feeling of relaxation and rejuvenation. Self care is something we all deserve in life, and I look forward to helping you feel good in your body.
